Breast modelling - mamma plastic

This surgery can improve the shape of hanging (saggy)
breasts. It yields good results in a sense of breasts shapes, but at expense
of scars created from the removal of redundant skin. The scars are around
areolas, from there upright down and in the under breast corrugation.
The scar looks sort of like an anchor. The scars pale out throughout the
time, but stay and their quality is individual. This surgery is carried
out only with the hanging breasts. The breast reduction, if needed, is
a different surgery, requires hospitalisation and is more demanding in
terms of post-surgical care.

The surgery itself:

The surgery is done in the complete anaesthesia and takes about 3 hours. Prior to the operation, the surgeon measures and draws the cutting lines and the amount of removed skin. The elastic bandage is put on after the surgery.

Complications:
|
|||
|
The complications are general - bleedings and infections. The specific complication after this surgery is pregnancy, when the breasts are enlarging, the scars may broaden and thus after the lactation the hanging breasts may reappear, ruining the surgery results. Therefore this surgery is recommended for the period, when a woman does not plan another pregnancy. However, the new surgery can again improve the shape of the breasts, with the scars of the same extent.
